Project Stages
Initial Consultation
For your initial consultation, we prefer to meet in person but understand that our clients have busy lives and can accommodate you on any of the online platforms: Teams, Google Meet or Zoom .
Site Visit
We will come and assess the project in person to see the scope of work needed and identify specialists we will utilise for your specific requirements. You will be provided with a detailed report of our visit and proposal.
Second Site Visit - Contractors
We will have a second site visit this time with the proposed contractors to initiate specs, contractors will draw up a risk assessment and quote for works to be completed. We have a network of trusted contractors who can handle any repair or maintenance issue that arises.
Second Client Meeting
This meeting is essential to discuss quotes and proposed methods of work, start dates and programme schedule, and payment plans.
Weekly/Bi-Weekly Catch up
Keeping the client informed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis is crucial for transparency and maintaining a strong client-contractor relationship. Regular updates will provide our client with a comprehensive understanding of the project's status, including any developments or challenges encountered along the way.
